If you receive an email from ANY company asking you to provide personal information, including security question answers and the like, it's probably phishing - contact the company directly. We will never ask you for this information.

Please respond to my emails :/ It's really annoying to be waiting days for help with my broken account and all I get is automated responses that ignore what I say. I don't know why you don't have a phoneline or something, it'd be much more helpful.
