@MojangSupport I did that, but the last time I did that you took 2 months to respond and by that time it was too late to resolve the issue. That is not quickly, is detrimental to resolving the issue.

What is being done to get response times less than 2 weeks? A few days would be acceptable, but weeks?

Slow responses have been an issue at least two years. I can contact @XboxSupport for xbox and get a chat open within 10-15 minutes, but it can take months to get a response on a Mojang support request.

@MojangSupport Are you able to prioritize something that is time sensitive? If it takes over a month again then there is a chance it isn't going to be resolvable by the time its responded to.

@MojangSupport I have not yet received a response. How can I get a response to my issue that I've submitted my request for? If its another 2 months again my concern is that the issue will then not be resolvable.
