After many tests it seems like in Minecraft Java 1.16.5 minecraft.custom:minecraft.damage_resisted, minecraft.custom:minecraft.damage_absorbed, and minecraft.custom:minecraft.damage_blocked_by_shield seem to be broken and not adding to any score no matter what I do.
