Don't buy Minecraft, folks. After they changed their authentication scheme I couldn't access my account or download the latest version. I filed a support ticket with @MojangSupport on Sep 14, 2019, and included all my original purchase information. Never got support.

I have already done this at least three times, @MojangSupport. One of the times you said you were so busy with support tickets that you would not get to mine for 3 months. I feel like you're Lucy and I'm Charlie Brown and this is the football. Why should I try yet again?
