My son isn't able to sign into his account, and when I try to reset the password, I don't receive an email at all. I've emailed Mojang support, but still haven't heard back.

I've been waiting two months (sent support email and transaction id) and daughter in tears on and off. Minecraft made a billion and don't care about their users.
