@MojangSupport recently the Star Wars skin pack that I bought many years ago has vanished from my PS4 version of Minecraft completely. I use one of the skins, but I'm stuck with default. Where have my skins gone??? I paid for them long ago!!!

Hi, none of this helps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft, logged out and back into my Microsoft account. Nothing works. I can see the pack in the store, but when I "equip skin" the pack has vanished from my character customisation screen! I can not access it
