I didn't get an answer from the support, maybe i get on here. 2 weeks ago i played with my minecraft account, one day later i got the message "invalid password or e-mail". I don't know why, and tried it again. Then i tried to reset the pw but didnt get the email. pls help me.

I put in a support ticket from December of 2020 and never heard back. Are you guys 3 months behind? Can I just get my money back for both game purchases at this point??
