@MojangSupport @stampylongnose @Minecraft @XboxSupport latest update all secondary players have no progress, seem to be joining as guests. 9 months of progress gone. No response on support, bugs merged to MCPE-55815 - when will it be resolved?

Thank you @MojangSupport But is the data lost or should we wait and hope it is resolved? How many days do we not play? We love #Minecraft @Minecraft but this is shaking our confidence.
