@MojangSupport I cannot access my friends realm and have not been able to for the past couple days. I have checked my WiFi and nothing seems to be wrong with it. When will this be fixed?

It’s been down for over a week! I would like a refund for the money I have paid for this month’s realm subscription. How much longer do we need to wait?! This is atrocious. Please fix this.
