@MojangSupport been waiting 6 weeks for a response to Minecraft download issue. No: 1744350. Son bought Minecraft - without permission - on my Microsoft/Xbox account instead of his own so it’s effectively useless. Can we migrate or could you refund? Thanks

We appreciate the apology but were rather hoping you would help us fix the issue? Six weeks is a very long wait time - especially if you’re 11! I’ve outlined the problem, would love to know how to fix, migrate or refund. Please advise. Thanks
