@MicrosoftUK @MicrosoftUK @Minecraft @MojangSupport I bought Minecraft for my 2 kids almost 3 wks ago and they haven't been able to login or play since! Is it normal to NOT get any response from emails sent to support regarding the issue? Who cares right? you have my money now 🤷🏻♂️
