@MojangSupport Sent in support ticket for two accounts linked to the same email being hacked. I didn't get an auto response, is that an issue? I just want to be doing something, anything that I can do to help get this solved?

I am encountering a delay of up to 3 months, I am just concerned that the accounts are lost.
