@MojangSupport ,whenever I choose my profile to play after the splash screen on minecraft dungeons startup (playing on xbox one), it just sends out this weird sound like it was reading disc (hanged) then crashes. I've been trying for weeks now. What to do?

no, I just want to know if you've seen this issue before and I need help to get this going. I reinstalled the game but still issue persists. spent a lot of money to get the DLCs and now not even sure if my progress is saved.
