I cannot checj the email associated with the account and therefore cannot use that form.

This is why im fing contacting you over twitter because i cant get to that email so when you go to answer my inquiry what do you expect to happen?? I have lost at least $14 on this stupid thing that i havent opened or used once and soon it will be $21.
