hey mojangnim on ps4 bedrock edition v 1.16.220 and none of my paintings are loading in. ik its not that important to some but i think theyre pretty cool. hopefully you can see and fix this bug asap

@MojangSupport I cannot join my minecraft survival world since yesterday, it gives me a error message saying "unable to connect to world". Also I can't do anything really on mine craft.

I also can't play on multiplayer and it won't let me change my Microsoft account what do I do? Is me being part of a family group a part of it?
