There’s a bug on minecraft PlayStation version where if people join the world they spawn back at spawn and their loot is gone. Fix? Plssssssss

Someone hacked me and got my username and password and mojang changed my password and locked it i can't play the game i need help it's been 4 days i have sent you emails joined discord and now i am here i don't even use twitter please help me
