@MojangSupport hi, I haven´t played in a long while and now when I log into my account (i remember transfering my minecraft account into mojang account in 2019) I can only play demo. Could you help ?

I sent email, the response seemed helpful but didnt work. The game was gifted to me years ago I won´t be able to get the transaction ID. All I can provide is emails from password change back in2016. Oh well, ty for your help.
