@MojangSupport I'm getting the "Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on "Playstation Network"" error on my PS4. I've verified every which way that it's not and followed all steps I could find online. What can I do?

I started with them and they directed me to you. I also spoke to Microsoft support. Just seems like no one has any answers and is bouncing me to someone else...
