Hi @Minecraft @MojangSupport would you like to let me know why it's been 2 weeks since I sent in a support ticket and I have yet to hear from you? This is after over a year of multiple tickets, none of which were responded to? Grade F customer service, guys.

It was less the delay and more the fact I've spent OVER A YEAR hearing nothing back ever. Someone actually managed to finally respond though and it was apparently simple enough that it was fixed all in one go, so that's not a great look tbh.
