@MojangSupport For some reason I've been locked out of my minecraft account. I can't get back in, and the email that I used for my minecraft account no longer exists so I can't just change the password. I've contacted support multiple times, but heard nothing back. Help?

It's been well over a month and I still have yet to receive any kind of communication about this issue other than the above tweet despite having sent in multiple support requests... is that a normal waiting time or is there something else wrong?
