@MojangSupport My friends have been having problem connecting to each other's worlds on minecraft PS4. It just won't connect. It's really annoying because it's with all of my friends. We play a little, then the world crashes. We've tried everything-- redownloading the game, etc.

Thank you! I'd like to add that we can play the older minecraft with SOME crashing, but it's been like a year or two since the newer microsoft version came to console we haven't been able to connect to worlds.
