About how long should it take to get a response from a support ticket? My account was stolen and I would really like it back as I am still currently paying for a Realms subscription through that account. I’ve had my account since 2012 and never had any issues until now.

I appreciate the hard work. I’m going to be persistent though, because I’m being charged for a Realm that I can’t access or even cancel. I look forward to hearing from your team.
