@MojangSupport New Minecraft Account (with a new Microsoft Account) (Java Edition). I can't log in to any multiplayer server. Error message is "Failed to login: null" We tried the account with multiple servers and on multiple computers. Another account on the same computer works.

Is there a ticket I can track for this? Is there a timeframe when to expect a resolution? You can imagine that with little kids "waiting until its resolved" is not really feasable.
Shut up and stop lying. You don't respond to any support tickets. You don't care about your customers. You only want their money.
