@MojangSupport I’ve been locked out of my Minecraft account for over a week now and I’ve constantly sent emails trying to get it sorted, to no response. I’m paying for a realm that I can’t play or cancel, what gives?

Are you guys able to give me estimate on how long to expect a response? It’s now been almost 2 weeks since I’ve been able to log in to my account, Im beginning to believe I’m not going to get a response. I don’t mean to be THAT guy, but I’m starting to get impatient...
