@MojangSupport I have reported a recurring issue on my account password and my tickets get closed without resolution or reply. Can I get someone to address this please?

2.5 weeks with no reply to the latest ticket submitted on a recurring issue that has lasted for several months. Can I please get someone to reply to my ticket? I paid for a game that can’t be played.

Thank you for the reply but this issue has been going on for months. Constantly getting an error of incorrect pw (when it’s correct), not receiving pw reset emails, no response from support. Please help
