I don't need support; it's just a question. And the site doesn't address it. And what's the point of this Twitter account if it's just a redirect to the webpage?
Emailing support is not going to work. Mojang does not have any support at all. People are waiting for months with no reply. Mojang hates their customers, sorry to say. So don't get your hopes up.
