@MojangSupport Can't log into my account, have sent support an email but still haven't resolved. Still have access to email account, can reset password successfully but still receive "Error! Unknown e-mail address or password" every time, even right after resetting. Help!

The ticket was closed without being resolved. Can I open another ticket via Twitter support? None of the FAQs seem to apply to this situation.
