@MojangSupport Hi there, We bought realms plus on Switch for a month for 1280 coins (or whatver it was, about that) and we do not have Realms Plus. We;ve deleted all save data and run it all afresh but no joy. 1. any ideas? 2. if no, may we have a refund please?
