@MicrosoftStore I don't know if I happened to call just as you're being struck by a meteor but phone support is totally non existent today.

I've now spent over an hour on the phone with 3 different Microsoft reps.
1. I added $10 to Microsoft child's account
2. I clicked "Allow" for child's $5.99 Minecraft coins purchase
3. MS site says "Add money".
It makes no sense. WTH
