@MojangSupport Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch will no longer load. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes loading and then it displays and error that says “the software was closed because an error occurred”. Minecraft is unplayable on the @Nintendo Switch. Please help.

We should be given a refund for Minecraft. My kids haven’t been able to play it for months now. They don’t trust the Nintendo Switch anymore. It’s broken and I can’t believe we purchased a game from @NintendoAmerica that we can’t play. My NES games still work though. Please help
