@MojangSupport Yesterday my realm started to disconnect consistently after a few minutes of gameplay. This is for all three players using different machines and WIFI routers. Seems unlikely its on my side. The realm is less than a month old. How to fix?

This is unsatisfactory - it appears to be a general statement that could be given to any customer for any problem. I want my specific realm to start working again, otherwise it's a waste of money, isn't it?

I cancelled my realms account. I might be willing to start it up again if I knew my issue was addressed. Is there any way to know?
