Hi all i need a help with this. I redeemed a code for Minecraft Java edition yesterday on an older account of mine. But when i want to play it from launcher i still have only demo version available. Can someone help me with this at least an advice?

Thanks for letting us know. My support request is (1884918) sent 11 days ago. I had legacy account which means I don't have an email login as ID and I've sent through my transaction ID as well. Any idea how long would it take?

I can't log in at all. After resetting my password it still gives me error messages. I have a legacy account. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for help. I've owned the game for over a decade but can't play now.
