I am just tweeting to ask if there is any plan to fix the lag issue on Switch Edition. Because everytime I join my realm I end up crashing ten minutes in and not being able to join.

Minecraft bedrock has so many glitches. I can’t look at my purchased packs cause it keeps saying check your internet connection when my internet is fine? Can you fix this?

So the subscription on Realms Plus Monthly Subscription: You + 10 Friends (Minecraft) Is what I bought today, however I have another subscription for the exact same realm that I made a month ago (with trial) so now it charged me twice, I have already tried to check with Google,

I can't log into my minecraft account and it says."Invalid email or password" and gives me the reset link, however when I try resetting my password it does not send a email, it use to in the past when I would forget but no longer sends the emails any help would be great?

@MojangSupport I have filed a ticket and I didn't get any response yet. I already followed troubleshooting steps in the help section. Bought the Minecraft Java for my son. Hope to get a resolution on this issue - 15days and nothing.
