Everytime I go on minecraft on the Nintendo switch im logged out of my Microsoft account. Every time I try to log back on to my Microsoft account there is a long period of loading and then a message shows up saying login failed.

I have a problem with my account which is unusual I can log into my minecraft account normally with microsoft but if I try putting in my email and password it won't work, i don't understand And I need more help so far I haven't got anything from the "helpful pages"
