So my account got stolen all of a sudden, i need assistance asap. My ign was changed and im not receiving my reset password email. I already sent a ticket but a lot of post are saying that u guys are super late in responding

Hi support Team i cant join any realm rgith now im always Stück in the building Terrain Screens. Even my friends can join the realm. Its also Not my Internet bc i still can play online. Pls help
