About how long should it take to get a response from a support ticket? My account was stolen and I would really like it back as I am still currently paying for a Realms subscription through that account. I’ve had my account since 2012 and never had any issues until now.

I emailed Mojang Support almost a week ago and have yet to get a reply. My account literally just disappeared, i’ve tried to send reset passwords and they won’t come up on my email.
