@MojangSupport purchased “Skyblock” for my son this morning on his ipod and its stuck on “Purchase in progress. This shouldnt take long.” We have updated to the latest version on the app store. Please advise.

Please try force-closing and restarting your Minecraft app. If this doesn't work, please try restarting the device, as well as logging out/in with your Microsoft (Xbox Live) account in the game's settings. I hope this helps! ^SA

Dear all This morning my son tried to purchase the "PureBDCraft HD Comic textures" but the "purchase in progress" froze as well. As written above, I restarted the game but the pack wasn't installed but his money is gone... Any suggestions how we can solve this? Best regards
