@MojangSupport 10 minutes trying and failing to connect to my realm. Is this the level of service I should expect as a paying customer? If you can't sort it out would appreciate the ability to host my own realm, at least I can make sure my server has enough bandwidth! 馃槱

You realise the only support this offers is "turn it off and on again"? I personally draw the line when I have to do this over 20 times to enter my realm. Is there a more permanent solution to my issue? Or do I just have to accept that I'm paying for a product that doesn't work?

So I can login to the realm this evening. Just get disconnected randomly and all my progess lost. Thanks guys. Really getting value for money....
