If you receive an email from ANY company asking you to provide personal information, including security question answers and the like, it's probably phishing - contact the company directly. We will never ask you for this information.

@MojangSupport I have no clue what a transaction ID is. Also the Microsoft account I’m in is extremely old and I don’t remember most about it. All I know is I bought minecraft and it said I owned the game but I couldn’t launch it, I can send a receipt?
