@MojangSupport 10 minutes trying and failing to connect to my realm. Is this the level of service I should expect as a paying customer? If you can't sort it out would appreciate the ability to host my own realm, at least I can make sure my server has enough bandwidth! 😩

I am not using a PC, this is on a switch. I have also checked the usual and everything is fine (internet, firewall etc)
