I’m literally paying to use this realm, and it’s just not letting me connect. Everything was working fine until like 2 days. This is really starting to annoy me and my friends, we’re just trying to have a fun time. Gonna just abandon Minecraft soon, sick of running into issues

It’s been a issue for 3 months for me and I USED to run a realm but now I had to shut it down because I couldn’t play on it please reassure me this problem will be fixed before the new big update that’s when I wanna reopen and I really like my realm if I can’t play I won’t reopen

Yeah thanks for another automated reply. How about a human actually interacts with your customers? Instead of telling me over and over that a patch is coming, how about a refund instead? Give everyone a refund for all the time they’ve missed because of you. Pathetic.
