Hey @MojangSupport I am having a issue with logging into my Mojang account. And the "forgot password" option is not working too. Is there a fix to this ? Also this problem occured like a week or 2 ago, I submitted a support form but I did not receive a response for like a week ig

This is a much larger problem than Mojang are letting on. There are hundreds (if not more) of people experiencing exactly the same issue of not being able log in and not recieving reset emails.

Agreed this is a very big issue. @MojangSupport please look into this problem soon. I know that you guys have got a lot in hand with the migration thing going on and i get it, but now that this issue seems to be a much large scale than it was like a week or 2 ago, its a big one

Migration thing is the problem I think. No response in 2 months allready. I have 2 Mohjang accounts, one of them is not working. They are both purchased on one Microsoft account (2 different emails) I told them to transfer one of them to my sons Microsoft account hope it helps
