@MojangSupport I'm trying to reset my account password but I'm not getting any emails. I know it's the right email because I've got an email from Mojang on 14th Jan. Tried emailing support but nobody knows how long that will take and discord is no help either

Please don't mistake my mild manner for patience. Having read through literally hundreds of complaints on the official discord, it's very clear that this is a serious issue with Mojang at the moment. Why are so many people not getting password reset emails?
