If you receive an email from ANY company asking you to provide personal information, including security question answers and the like, it's probably phishing - contact the company directly. We will never ask you for this information.

I've opened several support tickets, supplied my transaction ID, everything that's been asked for. I've not received any responses in almost two weeks. No responses. Twitter does not count. You are not answering your own customers support requests. What is happening over there?
