is this bedrock or java realms fixed because a bedrock realm im in crashes literally every 5-10 min and we lose actual hours of progress

Thank you for finally publicly stating this. Many people are wasting time and money not knowing that this is an issue. People are taking hours to reset things, buy new internet/routers, buy java, and buy servers because they think it's their issue instead of a realms issue.
