Any Minecraft Java edition guru's out there? I desperately need help. I cannot fix my FPS issue on an old world. Seems to only effect the certain area of my world. New worlds etc I'm fine with I play on 250+FPS. I'm stuck between 20-40 near my base area... that's not fun.

Before you suggest, I've tried all sorts! World editing things out like redstone, chests, entities, block entities... the lot. I gain a bit of FPS back but clearly something is still struggling!! I've tried fixing this for hours now and I'm beyond stressed.
