I bought Dungeons for w7 and they asked me for a Microsoft account. The problem is that now I have two separate accounts, one is Mc and the other is Dungeons. I submitted a request a few months ago through the page and attached the purchase receipts, but received no response.

When will I be able to get back onto my realm please? I pay a monthly subscription, so I find it pretty poor to not get the service I've paid for.
