Minecraft launcher won't work tried googling solutions and nothings working so i want to uninstall and reinstall the game but i can't do that because i cant access mojang account and when i request a password reset I don't get an email I have the receipt showing i have the game

I bought my realm 5 days ago and ever since I haven’t been able to login, I have opened 3 different support tickets, tried to reset my password and won’t get an email. Please help
