My friend can't access his account anymore, he reset the password twice and it still says "Invalid E-Mail or Password". He contacted mojang and it's been 3 weeks since it was sent.

Why won’t it let me renew my realm? It was supposed to auto renew but it did not, and when I paid to renew it purchased a new realms subscription which I don’t want.

I need help urgently! I bought a skin pack in my IPad Pro, in my Microsoft account, however when I logged into my computer, the skins were NOT there. Do I have to buy them in my computer as well or can I put them from my iPad to my computer? Ps my computer Minecraft is Java

None of my expansion packs will work on my PS4, it says I don’t have the space for them but I have over 200 gb of free space. I spent money on some of these packs and I’m kinda annoyed that none of them will download
