Does this company ever answer their emails? I've been sending emails to regain access to my minecraft account that I PAID for. And I have yet to receive a response. "Open 24 hours 7 days a week" Is a joke. You cannot make your customers wait this long. Absolutely ridiculous

This fact that this company not answering dates back to even 2015 is disgusting. Do you even care about the people who play minecraft or is it all about the money all the time? I want my account back and I'm not gonna be eventually pushed to buy another account.
